Crisis Center Tour (SOLD OUT) Solari Crisis & Human Services is honored to welcome CrisisCon attendees to our company headquarters and state-of-the-art call center. It is custom designed to support the well-being of our staff as they provide compassionate crisis and 988 services during life's most challenging moments.
Throughout the tour, you'll see firsthand Solari’s commitment to creating a nurturing environment where staff feel valued, supported, and empowered to prioritize their own mental health while they care for the mental health of callers. This includes multiple compassion rooms that serve as cozy retreats where team members can unwind and recharge during breaks. Comfortable seating, soothing lighting, and even massage chairs provide a peaceful escape from the demands of the call floor allowing staff to enjoy a moment of respite and to engage in mindfulness practices.
The same thoughtful design principles also have been used in the administrative side of our headquarters, making use of natural light, colors, and space to create gathering areas with fresh vending, a gym, video games, cornhole, foosball, and other diversions to provide staff with opportunities to relax and socialize with colleagues.
We believe Solari is truly redefining how to care for others by first caring for our valued team members and we look forward to sharing how we do so with you when you tour our facility!
