CrisisCon 22: Connecting in the Center: A New Landscape for Crisis Services
In the past year, largely driven by the (pending) emergence of 988, there have been—and will continue to be—a lot of changes in the world of crisis care. We’ve all been working (too) hard to make 988 a triumph for crisis line services in the nation, creating easy and equal access for all. And while crisis lines are clearly at its core, the national narrative around 988 has very much revolved around other important components of crisis services, including law enforcement diversion, crisis response and crisis respite/stabilization. What does all of this mean and how do we continue to work together and strengthen our collaborations?
We are excited to hear from you: What growth strategies are you using and what thought processes have informed those strategies? How are you building capacity with a renewed focus on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging? How are you balancing growth management, leadership, workforce challenges and development? How are you navigating the hyper-focus on 988 and on the transformation of the crisis care continuum?
